Cheryl Morton is responsible for the growth, stability, direction and daily operation of the company. She leads the staff in meeting goals and maintaining customer satisfaction. Cheryl has a B.A. in economics from UMKC and has completed HVAC and refrigeration maintenance training at Johnson County Community College.
ANDREA KNUTTER
Office, HR & Accounting Manager
Andrea Knutter supports company operations by maintaining office systems and supervising staff; maintains the organization's human resources by planning, implementing, and evaluating HR policies; and manages financial accounting. Andrea earned a B.S. in Management/Marketing from Park University.
RHONDA STAMPER
Administrative Assistant
Rhonda Stamper provides professional and efficient administrative support and customer service. Rhonda brings a wealth of knowledge from her previous role in the purchasing department of a medical supply company. Rhonda has completed Microsoft Office training at Maple Woods Community College.
JOSH KEEGAN
Field Operations Manager
Josh Keegan has accumulated a vast wealth of knowledge within the HVAC and plumbing industries in a career spanning nearly 20 years. He has skills to carry out jobs in the plumbing, mechanical, and carpentry trades. Previously, he served as the owner of JP Keegan Construction, where he honed his leadership skills. He has extensive experience with project estimation, project management as well as supervision of large complex projects, including HVAC and plumbing projects for large corporations such as Trane, Parsons, and the Kansas City School District. Josh also has experience in strategic consulting for new businesses and attended Johnson County Community College for civil engineering, plumbing and heating and cooling.

DWAYNE CARROLL
Service Technician
Dwayne Carroll has more than ten years of experience as an HVAC and refrigeration service technician. Dwayne works tirelessly to provide excellent service and an outstanding customer experience. Dwayne is known for not only taking care of the customer's problem but explaining the problem and needed repair in layman's terms to the customer. Dwayne's specialties include Reach-In and Walk-In Coolers, Freezers, Ice Machines, Kitchen Exhaust Systems, Makeup Air units, Pool Pak Units, Data Air Units, and any Kitchen Equipment.
